Being farmers ourselves, we were also involved in humanitarian projects in Mozambique, Kenia and Rwanda, Africa – and supported farmers in Chile, South America. These projects provided us for sure with a wide range of experience.
We function as a one-stop-shop for our clients supporting them in solving every task regarding their Canadian farmland and forest portfolio acquisition, and management thereafter.
FIAN manages clients’ farmland properties mainly in Ontario, Quebec, and Saskatchewan growing cash crops (grains) while our managed forest properties are located mainly in Ontario, British Columbia and Nova Scotia. Our mandates cover the Eastern provinces of Canada as well, including Nova Scotia and New-Brunswick. Our office is located 65 km south of Montreal, Canada, permitting regular inspection trips across Canada with “boots on the ground”.
